On 23rd October 2010, I delivered 8 timber dining room tub chairs to Padstow Upholstery in Sydney with the promise from the business 0wner that the chairs would be restained and re-upholstered no later than 21 days from delivery to the factory. A 50% deposit of $1, 000 was paid. It is now the 7th January 2011 and the work has not been completed. Over the last 2 months, Padstow Upholstery have been very diffciult to contact and the busineess owner has never honoured his numerous previously promised completion dates.
