Unwanted sample with invoice!
I too received an unsolicited 2 oz. tube of Pain Vanish with an invoice for 19.94, apparently half off. Rather pricy and I know I didn't order this. The invoice says you can request a postage paid envelope. By law I could keep it, since I didn't order it, but I don't want to deal with them sending me more products and have to go through the hassle of straightening it all out. It does make me mad tho, and if I actually get through to a real person, I plan to tell them this.

Unwanted product
I agrred to try a free sample and a week later received a box and an invoice for 19.95 for a small tube of stuff I did not ask for. I emailed the company right away and have not gotten a response. I want to return their product but refuse to pay for the postage. What dod I do and whar recourse do I have?
Lets stop this theft by deception.

Received a tube along with an invoice. I did not order this product. What is the story on this company?
I received a sample of Pain Vanish which I did not order. There was an invoice enclosed stating I owed them $14.99 plus 4.95 shipping and handling. The address on the invoice is PO Box 34369, Lancaster, SC 29722. There is a phone # of 1-877-373-3467. I hesitate to call because this is obviously a scam.

Pain Vanish Ointment
Received an unauthorized free sample. Two weeks later I got another package with a bill. These have been adressed to my wife, Grace. She did not order. The phone number listed refers to another phone which does not answer. This is obviously a scam. I belive, by law can keep the product nd ignore the bill. I would rather return it and be done with it.

Sent for free sample - got invoice!
I ordered a free sample of "Pain Vanish". Received a free sample plus first order of product that will be sent each 30 days. I have refused delivery of products as I did not order any, only a free sample.
