Lazaro's Painting & Carpentry was retained last year via contract to paint house, replace all gutters, carpentry repair ( i.e., overhang with facia board ), replace 10 damaged siding shingles and fix hole on roof. Actual Incomplete job is performed i.e., no final color coat of paint applied, no Carpentry Work done, no replacing of 10 damaged siding shingles and fixing of hole on the roof. Further, In spite of constant telephone calls and emails to contractors there is no response until now. Very bad business ethics and irresponsible contractor. Do not recommend to any one for services. I have copy of duly signed and dated copy of contract in in my possession.
