Out of all the retail stores in New Zealand, PAK n Save has the worst customer service and the communication skills of the cashiers, I could barely understand what the *** that particular lady at the cash out counter was talking about, I hope they start employing people with good and understandable English and good customer service, I know that they r on their feet for 8 hours but they getting paid for it, I myself is in the service industry n work 10 hours a day but that doesn’t stop me from providing the best service possible to my guest and customers!!
