This is actually true. The Palace Premier Resort in Punta Cana and Mexico is complete scam. We was taken right at the airport where they impersonated an Experian representative. We filed credit card fraud and Identity theft with federal agencies and filed a dispute with the bank. Up to this point we have not heard any results. However, having read all the previous complaints and victims I do not expect and protection. Do not under any circumstance deal with Palace Premier Resorts.
