They are sending me letters trying to collect on an old debt from AT&T wireless. I was an employee for 2 1/2 years and when I left the company they said I owed for early termination of contract. That was over 7 years ago. I called AT&T and they searched for me by my name and SSN and could not find me in their system. I was told that if I had an outstanding debt that I would be in the system. He searched back 15 years.
