I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further. It turns out it was a wire shorting out to the roof which now has been fixed. I was amazed as to how they wiped the record clean of any problems. I think that is why they say the complaints about Toyota have gone down. I think the dealerships simply are not keeping a record of all the squirley stuff that Toyotas have been encountering. As for customer service, Palmer Toyota in Mobile has wiped any desire from my mind of ever buying another Toyota in this lifetime.
