I had schedule their services for used oil collection at my business because I was having trouble with my current service provider, then they inform me that they use the same lousy company, but promises no delays or problems. They schedule me for Friday come Friday no pick up I have a message saying their truck was full and will service until next Friday come Friday I get a call from Vick (very kind at first) and says that no one's there. I try to explain that he never informed me that someone had to be present, he says someone has to sign I try to ask him to hang on while I find out if one of my employees is there, he says "forget it" and hangs up. I do not like to argue with people so I don't call back, but I call my employee and he says the truck just drove off. Unnecessarily rude and unprofessional is hard to get good service even when your paying for it!
