Pampers have come up with these new improved Pampers Premium dry max nappies. Geez I haven't seen nappies with so many defects. To top it up, I complained on their facebook page and got a reply from a Heather who said I must phone her back on their international number. For crying out loud, why would i want to waste my airtime and call them overseas, when i struggling to get a refund on my nappies. The worst was when i received another messaging telling me that my messsage will be removed from their facebook page - meaning I won't get help in this lifetime...
