I filed a complaint on this website a year or so ago & listed a phone number 610-388-xxxx and my email address. I am updating here that I do not wish to receive any more phone calls about this scam. PLease honor this request. Here is what I have told everyone who has emailed me or called: The only way to stop additional charges is to cancel the credit or debit card that is being charged. This is a huge hassle I know but so is being scammed month after month. The fraud division at my bank investigated Pana Labs, realized the scam and reimbursed me for the fraudulant charges. I also sent one month's product back within the 30 day return policy and Pana Labs actually credited me for that product. Don'y waste your time trying to contactPanan Labs...there is no way to reach them. Put the scam behind you, learn from the bad experience and don't waste any more of your time on these scammers!!! In closing, CANCEL YOUR CARD AND MOVE ON!!! Thank you.
