The worst business online I've ever dealt with. I ordered a Christmas present through them and it arrived over a month past when I ordered when the web said it would take 5-7 days. I called them about the delay and they informed me the product was back ordered. Then, when it did finally arrive it was missing the initial cleaning cartridge it was supposed to come with. To top that off they sent me a refurbished model when there was no mention of "refurbished" on the site.

I left numerous messages and no one form Ikitchen ever called me back!I finally emailed them threatening to call the better Business Bureau and received an email saying I could return the product and they'd pay for the shipping since it was missing parts. They did refund my money TWO WEEKS after they received the return and after an additional e-mail from me complaining about the delay. They still refund me for the return shipping!

I will NEVER order form them again and suggest you don't either.
