I wish that I had read this website before ordering the Toy Story DVD for my grandson. The first time they put it into the DVD player, it cracked, and now they are out the DVD and their DVD player. I have e-mailed them, and they don't even have the decency to answer me. STAY AWAY FROM PANDA DVDs !!!
