This my second complaint that Pandwill willing sold defective ipad wall chargers. They received almost one million dollars in sales of ipad accessories 50% are untested and defective. These items are for export with duty and postage fees that do not make it cost effective to return. There are no return shipping labels and management claims returns are to many addresses. There is no tracking to confirm returns either.It was estimated 60% of mobile phones were defective. Chinese suppliers to Pandwill have a poor opinion of them and don't allow them to advertise were the product was manufactured. Legal papers are ignored and most American banks do not allow bank transfer to them because of fraud history. Complaints to local authorities as regional police and banks are returned.PLEASE do not buy from them . There are many alternatives.
