I ordered some products from a company - PaperMojo.com. After getting an order confirmation and nothing saying that shipping would be calculated, I was contacted by a representative from their company saying I had to pay shipping in order to finish processing my order. I explained that when I ordered the items there was no indication that I would be charged later for shipping even though she said their was. And that the system sometimes messes up and does not charge shipping. My total said, shipping was $0.00. So I went back and forth with them and eventually she just cancelled my order even though I said that I did not want the order cancelled. Instead of letting me make that final decision, she did so FOR me and said if I wanted to replace the order, I could. I think that this business has very poor customer service and business practices.
