they treat customer like a thief... when I miss a slot machine ticket, I call one of the attandant... he called the supervisor and then they have to check 900 different places and in a very reluntant look, give me the value of the ticket (later, the attandent found my ticket in the garbage)... there are some machines that are need an attendant to cash and after the attendent came clear up the machine, I waited, and when she only give me the money from the 2nd slot but not the first, she stated she already give me the money and that I must check my bag... when later on, she discovered after she gave all other player their share, she has the exact amount of what due to me in her hand... when I ask her for it, she is like " here!" and start to curse in Spanish...(like F*** u)
So rude!
