Called in to enquire cost of nail kits. Was pitched a package suitable and agreed to view a sample before purchasing. When arrived to make payment there was no sample to view. Hanisa the supplier assured us everything that was spoken off will be in the kit. Payment was made and collection of the goods next day. Upon fetching of the goods 1 kit worth R300 was given and payment made by myself was R1000 for 2 kits inclusive of everything.

When approached the supplier a 3rd party (Hanisa’a sister) assured us that there was a misunderstanding which will be sorted out. She then went on advising another kit will be ordered, however when called about it both Hanisa and her sister was very abrupt and rude.
