Mr. Anand Kadam, the proprietor of the Parimiti Buildcon, Thane, also operates as PIGEON's has collected huge amounts from public on pretext of delivering bungalows but failed to deliver the finished bungalows.

On 20-5-2007, about 60-70 grieved consumers met to discuss the mode of action against this builder. In course of discussion it was learnt that the builder had siphoned off the consumer's money to film production, transport business and other anti national activities.

There are many cases filed in Consumer Courts against Mr. Anand Kadam of Parimiti Developers who started initially with Santosh Naik of Disha Direct. Now these people are operating Property Mall in Thane and regularly advertise in Mumbai Mirror of the Times of India.

Anand Kadam was initially residing in Dev Darshan and also owns many properties. We have located his properties and investments and soon this person will be nabbed along with his associates.
