Do not use this website - it is a con! I booked parking thru parkezfly website for orlando airport. The page where it asked for credit card information said i would be charged $4.99 + taxes (total of around $6). However, after I finished entering my details, the website said my card had been charged $11.80. They had added $6 extra for convenience and other fees without warning me. I travel frequently and book all the time for hotels, flights, cars online. When i rang up to complain, the lady was extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, complaining that i had not read anything properly. I tried booking again while she was on the phone but didnt enter my card info. Again the site failed to warn me about extra $6 charge but was prompting me to enter my card info. She basically accused me of lying that i was not looking at their website. Yet she was able to pull up my reservation when i gave her my confirmation #. Very bad experience overall. Please do not book with them.
