My son in law and daughter and there two children saved to take the girls to Disneyland. They checked in to their hotel and the carpeting was wet, it was shampooed before they checked in they have a 10 year old and a 17 month old. Do you really think this is appropriate for a expedia room? If you could get their money back it would be greatly appreciated.
