Unable to Drive the Vehicle more than 20mph around the Block in the rain. Told to come back at a later date -- 1 Hour Drive One Way for me -- to test drive car again. When General Sales Manager was contacted, My Call was "put off." She never called me back. Instead, I was told by the Used Car Sales Manager NEVER to call the dealership again because I expressed my discontent with the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I had been given. He stated that I had NO reason to contact the BBB regarding the incident, and I was not welcome back to their dealership.
