A while ago I bought a six-pack of the parmalat first growth milk. When we got home and took all the boxes out, we discovered one in the middle, pitch black from the outside. When I opened it up, I could smell that it has gone very bad. I poured the contents out, which was a black watery substance, followed by a blob of VERY sour milk. I know it's just one box out of six that was bad, but it's still disgusting and I wasted my money. I have e-mailed them, they have phoned me to get some more details regarding this matter and i even have a reference number: 0909960. But since then, NO call back to even just apologise for it. If they don't feel like reimbursing me, fine, but at least apologise! I SEE THAT AS VERY BAD SERVICE.
