Received email about Partnerwith Paul, agreed to receive a CD, said I would be charged $9.95. never received CD, email refers you to watch a video, then refers you to Grants360 and they charge your account $57.61 and $2.97 plus foreign transaction fees for what I don't know as nothing was received and charges were not authorized.
