Purchased a cargo mat for Chrysler mini-van on 05/07/2010. Today is 06/09/2010 and I have not received anything from these people other than the initial 'your payment has been approved' message. Item apparently hasn't been shipped and I certainly haven't received it. They refuse to respond to numerous phone messages left and email sent. I have initiated a charge back through my credit card. I have attempted to cancel the order and get the credit back through them but to no avail. After this incident I checked the BBB and they have 73 complaints listed and an 'F' rating. I won't be doing business with them again.
