I ordered a part but then realized that, due to an incorrect online picture, I had order an incorrect part. I tried phoning PartsGeek customer service less that 5 minutes after mistake -- left message -- NO REPLY. I responded to an order confirmation email (approx. 10 min. after order) indicating the error and the part I really needed -- NO REPLY. Next morning received a payment approved email so I again noted the error and the part I wanted and said if that wasn't possible to cancel the order as I w0uld refuse shipment -- NO REPLY. If you want to order parts from a company whose customer service epitomizes the word "pathetic" then PartsGeek is the company for you.
