I've shopped at several different party sites over the years but have never been as happy with the total transaction as I am with our recent purchase from party zone usa. They answered my questions quickly and shipped our order out in less than 24 hours. My daughters "ballerina tutu much fun" party supplies arrived today...just 3 days after ordering from them! My son want the Mudslinger Monster truck party that they have. I will def be back to visit their site for his birthday as well!

I ordered a pinata for my child's birthday party. This pinata was very poor quality. The kids could not break the pinata, my husband had to cut the pinata open. Pinatas are suppose to be broken open with a bat after several kids hit it. Needless to say the kids were very disappointed! I contacted party zone to make them aware of our disappointment, but they never responded. This company does not stand behind their products & their customer service is horrible. I will be telling all of my family & friends of the terrible products & service. This is the last time you will be stealing my money!!
