no reponse

Hello Sir,
I had applied for my passport in aug of 2010 and till date i have not got my passport.So technically speaking it has been 11months since i applied for passport.
From last 6 months it shows same status Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO .
2 months back again i submit the details but there is no progress.please let me know what to do to get passport.
please let me know what is the problem for dispatching the passport.

sir,
complaint against the change of date of birth in mypass port reg.

i have made my passport through the local agent, he made a blunder in my date of birth, the passt post was made by submitted affidavit . in my passport in signed in hindi .
now i am facing a problem reg the d o b in passport becoz my
d o b in certificates is different of passport,

now i willing to change my passport according to certificates

pls give me necessary suggestions reg this
