I went to ooty Passport office outlet to give my Passport application. The Officials there were not willing to accept the Application since I had my studies till 12th in Tamilnadu and then my degree in Kerala. The officials said that there is some rule that they cannot accept the application if the studies are in different states, Don't People have freedom to study in different states.
