The game - "Pat Sajaks Lucky Letters" - quit working 3 weeks ago and try as we might, we cannot get it to work. I've become quite disallusioned with Oberon Media in regard to their follow up service. I paid for this game and I feel that we should get some kind of service from the dealer that we bought the game from.
