I ordered a storm door. I said, per their instructions, standing inside looking out my current storm door has hinges on the right. They sent me a door which had hinges on the left. This door cost $600, which is obscene for a storm door made of aluminum. But it has a dog door which we wanted. It is Chicago, in the winter. They were not helpful and rude. They sent a new sides for the door which my brother had to remove and install on the incorrect door. I want a partial credit for all the extra effort we had to go through. this company basically said "screw you". as an aside, when i called customer service, the guy looked up my order. i continued talking (ok, complaining) and he said "maam, i cant look up the order and listen to you at the same time". this is 2007.
