Bought an "in stock" patio set. They sold it to 3 other people.

Was to be delivered within two weeks. A month out they didn't even have it!

Canceled the order which the contract allows if beyond the promised delivery date. They won't "authorize" that, won't issue a credit/ refund.

Now the owner is denying everything his staff said!
