My car did get tow by Patrol Master on 2/2/09. I was visiting a friend at Villa South in Aliso Viejo, CA. I did park my car on a visitor spot. When I called them, they told me that they gave me 3 citations at the same condominium. Apparently on 12/7/08, 12/2/08 and 1/20/09. My problem is that I never got those citations in writing on my car window. Why would I continued to park my car without a permit if I did get those citations. When I spoke to someone at Patrol Master and ask for a copy of those citations, I was told that I couldn't because they do not keep them! Something is definitely wrong because I never got those citations as a warning. It cost me $250. I am in contact with the association where my car was tow and will file a complaint with Patrol Master.
