I applied for student visa in august 2006 and pay my tuition fees to pattison college i.e $7500 cdn however my visa was refused.

Now its been over 6 months the college authorities are not refunding my money, i have filled the refund form on 22 feb 2007 but i have not received my refund yet.

Now as my visa is refused my career is destroyed but now i think i will loose my money also.
