My 82-year old mother, after questioning why she had to wait 25 minutes for her appointment, was screamed at by the owner in front of other customers. She got right up in my mother's face (my mother is very mild mannered) and just yelled and yelled, to the effect of "you have to wait at doctor's offices!" Seriously, comparing herself to a doctor's office? So, my sister and I called to see what had happened, as my mother had been a customer here for 5 years. She said that she got upset with our mother, and that our mother had been impatient 3 other times (in five years). This woman is always late, and does a very poor job over half the time. My mother never complains. Anyway, after about 45 seconds (we were completely calm) she hung up on us. When we called back, as we thought we had just been disconnected, she hung up again. Irratical behavior, poor operation, and big egos seem to be the norm here. Stay clear.
