Paul's Jaguar customer service is the Worst I have experienced in some time. Their moto is the customer is always wrong or stupid and they are always right. In my case Paul's Jaguar recovered a Jaguar XJS Center Console, yet failed to inform me that they were "Modifying" the original Jaguar design which exposed a raw leather edge when fitted. They refused to send a replacement console or pay for return shipping. Paul's Jaguar idea of correcting the problem was to "Splice" a piece of leather instead of properly recovering the console.
I did not order a Modified or Spliced console. Throughout this process I received no apologies, no attempt to do the job right or remedy of the issue. I was treated like I was an idiot and how dare I question Paul's Jaguar workmanship. If you want a professional job and be treated with respect, DO NOT buy from Paul's Jaguar.
