I purchased two packages of Williamsburg drapes from Paul's Home Fashions in Texas via the internet. I did not open the package until yesterday and was surprised how light the fabric was. I was disappointed and discouraged by the product, but washed them and today am ironing them. The lining is lighter than a sheet, does not fit the "drape" which itself is a sheet, not the proper weight for a curtain, and the quality is poor. I wrote two emails which were not responded to regarding my concerns. So, I called and was immediately told that they could not take the product back because it had been washed. The man who answered had read my email and knew exactly what I had called about. He blasted me for washing them and said they could not take the product back. There was no concern at all for a poor product and he recommended that I call the company that produced them. It was a very unpleasant experience and the customer service is sorely lacking.
