Stay AWAY From PAULY TOYOTA...Do NOT go to PAULY TOYOTA FOR SERVICE...THE STAFF IS UNTRAINED, RUDE AND NOT EQUIPT TO DEAL WITH VEHICLES THAT WERE BUILT AFTER 2000. I took my car to Pauly Toyota to have it detailed. When I picked up the car, the maintenance guys could not get the car to move. That's right, I went in for a detail and left with a car which would not move! When the car was put into drive or reverse, the car stalled and did not move. The first maintenance guy stated the problem was with the emergancy break sticking. The second maintance guy stated the pro0ble was due to the brakes sticking. SO, one of the SMART maintenance guys decided to press excessively hard on the gas pedal, while the car was in reverse. The car jumped in reverse and we heard a LOUD POPPing noise., which souunded like a blowout. The maintence guy then drives the car to me and says "Here's your car" . They did not inspect the car to see if anything was broken. I ended up spending more money and taking the car to another dealer for inspection to verify whether there were any damage. How RUDE! This placed turned a simple detail job into a nightmare! Stay AWAY from PAULY TOYOTA!
