Regarding about the matter above, I Yeap Kean Wei was in the toilet (beside dragon i) had a bowel movement and I was being accused smoking in the toilet. I swear that I did not do that. I was brought to the office for some question and I am really pissed off about that. I want to take this thing serious as they were humiliating me in front of the user in the toilet. There was a complaint by someone that saw smoke came out from the cubicle and do they have any prove that they really saw it? I really did not do it and so, I want this matter to be solved and give me an answer. They are not respecting me as a customer. I want to make this clear, if I am smoke in the toilet, I wouldn't want to bring this matter up, but if someone did not do it, for sure they want to fight for their rights. Once again, I really felt being humiliated and as a customer, I should not being treated like this. Regarding about this matter, I was having dinner with my friends at Jogoya, Starhill and our car was park in Pavilion. So, after coming out from Starhill, I took a fag with my friend Olivia and after finish, we went into the mall. Before exit to the car park, I went to the toilet beside dragon I and I was in the second cubicle on the right side and had a bowel movement. After I am done, I went out and there were some guys questioning me that did i smoke in the toilet, and for sure I denied it because I DID NOT! After being questioned and all kind of shit, I was brought up to the office question by a lady and she asked me to write a letter saying that i did not smoke in the toilet. I objected because I did not do it and for what should I write a letter. After all, the lady asks me for my details for further information. Although there was nothing happen (not being fined or penalty) but this matter has cause me a bad memory. I was happy-ing celebrate my birthday and this matter came up in a sudden without me doing it. I really want a reasonable answer from the management. Lastly, I hope this matter can be solved as soon as possible.
