I boarded my dog at Pawish Pet Resort from 5/12/11 thru 5/15/11 and when I picked him up and took him home, I noticed that he had ticks on him. Over the next several days, I started noticing more at which time I called Pawish Pets to inform them of this and all they told me was that they were sorry. They stated that they realized that they had a problem in their common grounds area outside but it has now been handled. I told them that they should have informed me of the ticks on my dog so I could have taken corrective action in order to keep them from infesting my home and causing severe harm to my dog. All Holly, the owner, offered was a couple of free baths which was not good enough especially when they let me take my dog home covered in ticks! I asked them for an adjustment because of all the inconvience and was hung up on by Holly.
