My husband and i are VERY dissatisfied with this cross stitch online company. after placing an order for an unusual linen to use for a stitchery project, we received a confirmation number but after not receiving the item within a reasonable amount of time, we placed many phone calls and emails about our order with NO responses at all!!! we are now going to contact our credit card company to see if we can put a stop on the payment. i will inform the ladies in my cross stitch guild NOT to use this online company and hopefully each of them can pass on the word. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE.
