I have recently noticed on my statements that i have been charged for £28.18p by a company that i dont know of i contacted my bank they said that i had to make a complaint to this company before i can stop these charges so i went on to this website and all that came up was this website with simillar storys so i dont know how to stop these charges and who to speak to.
