I sold a camera (worth $1931) through an ebay auction on March 31, 2010.

The winning bidder authorized payment through PayPal, and emailed me a Fed Ex label to send the
camera to their friend in California. The day after I shipped the camera, Paypal placed a hold on the funds
and through their investigation found the someone had allegedly taken over the account of the rightful Ebay and
Paypal member and fraudulently placed the winning bid and authorized the Paypal payment to my account.
They reversed the payment and I was out $1931.

I thought I was protected from this kind of security breach by Ebay and Paypal's site security and that they would
be responsible for the lost money, I was wrong and they gave me no help in trying to collect the money.
