i order 2 item from this website since 11/26/10 and haven't received them and i tried to contact the website providers and couldn't get threw i thing this web site is a scam and fraud and i tried telling the visa company people and they are telling me different things every time i call .what do i do because this was suppose to be my kids Christmas gifts and now i cant give it to them so i need to cancel the order please help the website is www.bootsaleshop.com
