Unautherized charges

I went online searching for a payday loan, never got the loan, but the information was used to access my account illegally to charge me for ID theft which I never asked for, so I was charged $33.98 plus NSF fees for $36.00, which overdrew my account. Now I was struggling from the beginning, so how was this scam going to help me. People should not be allowed to take advantage of others and call theirselves having a business. I called the so-called company after I notified my bank they gave me a comfirmation number 3990793. I want my money returned ASAP. This is not business, this is scam.amg of Pittsburgh.

Overdraft charges and faud

I did not give me checking account information to any pay day advance loan company. I was charged $49.95 twice to my checking account and my bank charged me also twice and overdraft fee of $32.00. If knowing that they company who charged my account did not get any money. Why was i charged an over draft fee of a total of $64.00.
