They took 7.81 from account unauthorized...Chat cancelled my membership that I didn't authorize...no member ship number given to me...tried to contact..only get hold music and chat on line cancelled my call when I asked for a return of money along with the direct owners or website information for future reference...I feel that their hidden fees are illegal and I would like it to be investigated..Someone is getting rich at poor people's income...Thank You
