I was checking out pay day loans and clicked onto the website for one, and filled out the information and then changed my mind, and exited, not not AUTHORIZE paydayloan protection to take out 30.00 from my account. Well they did, and I got the phone number from my bank and when I called that number I spoke to Sandra which she told me that that number that I called was a call center an intermedium company for this payday loan protection, and that they cancelled their contract with them because they are doing this to thousands of people and are not refunding them their 30. Now I am told that I have to go to my bank and do a R10 form and manually have it put back. YEAH ok my bank never used the form. So no I have bounced checks because of this fraud. I want something done about this and would like someone from ripoff to call me, I am sure that there are thousands of people that wrote you about this.PLEASE HELP ME!!!
