I reserved a standard size car at the Payless site at Orlando Airport. When I arrived I was told there were no more cars in that category. I was told most cars were rented and I had to go up one class for more money of course. As i completed my transaction the gentlemen next to me was offered a PT Cruiser which was in my class I wanted originally. I asked what the deal was an arrogantly I was informed the car had just come in and my rental was complete, nothing they could do! The old bait and switch PAYLESS SUCKS!!!
