DON'T RENT FROM APARTMENTS MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! This company is not paying out security deposits to tenants that are legally owed. They did not send any communication to us that they would not be able to pay us our deposit, we had to call and ask where our payment was since they are now 2 weeks beyond the state mandated time frame to return security deposits. I was finally told that they are in the process of refinancing and this got pushed to a later date. So RENTER BEWARE! You have to pay your debts and aren't being given the disclosure that the people you are renting from can't be held to the same expectations!!
