Delta airlines has demonstrated total incompetency and lack of customer care on every trip we took over a period of one week on trips from Sarasota FL to Allentown PA. Literally EVERY flight was either delayed due to broken equipment, inability to make connections, forced re-booking due to delays unrelated to weather forcing us to fly all over creation to get to our original destination, disembarking passengers in the rain on the tarmac instead of the available skyway, cancelling seat assignments, overbooking flights and a host of other failures of their system.
Delta has become a nightmarish airline and we are removing it from our list of travel reservations. It is cheaper for us to lose the skymiles than to put up with their incompetence, ridiculous and abusive delays and lack of customer care.
