Last year I subscribed to their download (utility software) service, $20. It never worked, and I emailed them several times trying to get a refund. Instead, I got form letter promises, no action. I gave up after I learned they were in BK. But, just this month, I got a notice I'd subscribed again, for this year, without doing so. Naturally I emailed them, twice, to cancel, but no answer. Now I have to track my credit card bills to find the billing, and cancel it that way. What a ripoff!
