I do alot of business with P.C. Richards and Sons. Well I purchased a plasma t.v. and the screen went blank on me. I called the store who in turn told me to call the service department. Well when I called the service department they told me that my warranty expired 3 month's ago... how ironic. Nakia who is the customer service rep. told me it didnt matter how much business I did with them the warranty was up so i would have to pay. The moral of this story is costco has better prices any way, and as far as purchasing an additional service warranty its meaningless because the collect your money and never work with the customer. Their service department sucks and they wonder why people shop else where... figure it out...
